GoodCook Classic Candy / Deep Fry Thermometer
I recently started making homemade ice cream, well the meat thermometer and espresso thermometer that I have were not making the cut to get the ice cream custard up to temperature without overcooking it. I purchased this inexpensive one and it works great. The clip allows me to hang it on the inside of the pot while I slowly bring the custard up to temp. I highly recommend this because it simply works and it is very affordable.
